Our black hats are perfect for most outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing. They are made with both high quality fabrics and high quality workmanship. Included in the hat design are some small features which can make a big difference.

The most obvious feature is these hats include a drawstring. This drawstring can be tightened should the wind start to pick up keeping your hat firmly on your head. If you start to heat up while hiking up hills it can be used to hang your hat around your neck.

On each side of the hat you will find two ventilation holes. These holes allow heat to escape from your head helping you conserve energy. This feature is just what you need when using the hat for hiking or tramping. When you get too hot the easiest way is to release the heat is through your head.

As well as having ventilation holes on the side of the hat there are also a set of domes. These domes allow the sides of the hat to be pinned to the side of the hat. Although this doesn’t have much practical use it does give you two hats in one. Perfect for changing up your photos a little bit.

Attached to the circumference of the hat is a webbing. This webbing is for when using the hat as a fishing hat. You can use the webbing to store your fishing lures. When hiking into dense bush you can also use the webbing to hold your sunglasses to prevent them from getting scratched.
