Large Down Sleeping Bag
Big Red Lightweight
1215 grams 5 ~ 15°C

Looking for a large down sleeping bag which doesn’t weigh too much? The Vuno Big Red is 220 cm long, 90 cm wide at the top and 55 cm wide at the foot area. Not only is this lightweight sleeping bag roomy but it also packs down to a small size taking up little room in your backpack.

If you get too warm at night then it has dual zips down both sides which can opened for ventilation. These zips can be fully opened so only your waist down is covered by the sleeping bag. This is a great feature for when staying in huts which can get warm when they are full.

Tips On Use

When you first get your Vuno Big Red sleeping bag remove it from the stuff bag and allow it to breath for a few days. This will help restore it’s loft and remove any residual smells from production. Ideally this should be done in a warm room or outside in the sun.

It is best to avoid compressing down sleeping bags unless you really need the space in your pack. If you need to compress your sleeping bag ensure you remove it from the compression bag as soon as you reach your campsite or hut. The longer it is left outside to breath the more it will loft out, the more it lofts out the warmer it will be.

When storing your sleeping bag we recommend not using the included compression bag. If you do ensure you take it out a few days before use to let it breath and loft out.
