Overview

This fleece lined beanie is designed for cold mornings, windy ridgelines, and everyday winter errands.  It uses a knitted acrylic outer, so it keeps its shape and resists light snagging.  It also adds a soft inner lining, therefore your head stays warmer and the fit feels smoother.

The one-size fit suits most adults with a 55cm to 58cm head circumference.  Because it is simple and low-profile, you can wear it under a hood or helmet cover when needed.  However, it is not a waterproof hat, so pair it with a shell hood in heavy rain such as one of our rain ponchos.

Key features

  • Knitted acrylic outer for warmth and everyday durability
  • Soft inner fleece layer for comfort and extra insulation
  • Stretch fit designed for 55cm to 58cm head circumference
  • Ribbed cuff helps the beanie stay in place during movement
  • Colour options for casual wear or low-key outdoor use

Key benefits of wearing a fleece lined beanie

  1. You stay warmer because the lining reduces heat loss around the ears.
  2. You get a smoother feel, so the knit sits comfortably against skin.
  3. You pack it easily, therefore it works for travel, glove boxes, and daypacks.
  4. You can layer it under a hood, and you can still turn your head freely.
  5. You choose a colour that suits your kit, so it fits into daily wear.

How to use + care + safety

  1. Pull the beanie down so it covers your ears, and then fold the cuff to adjust the height.
  2. After use, air it out to help manage moisture build-up.
  3. Hand wash or use a gentle cold cycle, and then reshape while damp.
  4. Do not use high heat, because it can damage the lining and affect stretch.
  5. Keep it away from open flames and high-heat work areas, as synthetic fibres can melt.
  6. If used for children, supervise around cords and small items, and store it safely between trips.
