Shipping and Delivery

How do you ship packages?

Orders place on the Vuno Hiking webstore will be shipped using either CourierPost or Fastway courier  services. All orders will require signature as proof of delivery.

Orders placed using are affiliate partners will be shipped direct from China. These orders will be shipped using a courier service of your choice such as ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product and your selection. Most of the shipping from our affiliate partners will be free, if not this will be clearly advised before checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

The minimum shipping fee is $8.50 for Auckland wide delivery. For other zones this will be calculated at checkout once your address has been provided. For larger over sized items a surcharge will be added and advised at the time of checkout.

We use a flat rate service which means you will only be charged for freight once. This means if you order more than one item the freight will be calculated on the biggest item only. For example if you order multiple small items then the freight will cost the same as if you ordered one. If one of the items is an oversize item you will only be charged for the cost to send the biggest item only.

For items purchased from our affiliate partners shipping will usually be free word wide. If there is a charge then this will be clearly presented with the item price.

How long does it take for delivery?

In most cases your order placed from the Vuno Hiking website will be shipped to you within 2 to 5 days. Tracking is available on all orders and signature will be required on all deliveries. 

Please note that due to Covid 19 there may be delays in shipping so please be patient.

Do you provide tracking information?

Tracking information will be provided on demand for orders placed from our website. If you require tracking information please reply using your order confirmation email and it will be sent to you.

For orders places using our affiliate partners. Tracking information will be provided by our affiliate partner, please contact them directly regarding your order in all instances.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

Yes for orders placed using our website ( your orders will be packed together unless for some reason one or more of the items ordered are on backorder. When ordering stock this will be advised at time of checkout. If for some reason after placing your order we discover your item is not available we will notify you. The unavailable item will either be refunded or delivered at our cost at a later date.
