Tip

Using a groundsheet will keep the floor of your tent clean and dry. This makes packing the tent away a lot easier. A dry tent is also a lot light than a wet tent. Ultralight tents can double their weight when wet.

To dry your wet groundsheet attach it to the back of your pack. This way it can dry as you walk. When taking breaks open it up and leave in the sun to dry.
