This socks range covers two needs: keeping feet warmer on cool days, and helping reduce water reaching your feet on wet ground. Use the quick guide below to match the right pair to your trip.

1) Pick the right type

• Waterproof knitted nylon socks (black or blue): Best for wet grass, muddy tracks, stream edges, and quick splashes. They suit changeable weather, especially when your boots may get damp.
• Merino-blend crew socks: Best for cold mornings, hut trips, and steady walking where warmth and comfort matter most. “Merino-blend” means mixed fibres, so you get warmth with added durability.

2) Choose your size (EU)

• Waterproof socks: S (EU 37–39), M (EU 40–42), L (EU 43–46), XL (EU 47–50).
• Merino-blend crew socks: size shown in this range is L (EU 39–43).

For waterproof socks, a snug fit helps reduce rubbing inside boots. If you sit between sizes or wear thicker insoles, size up for comfort.

3) Use tips that help on track

• For waterproof socks, avoid prolonged deep wading. Water can enter at the cuff, and pressure increases with depth.
• Keep toenails trimmed and clear grit from boots, because rough edges can wear any sock faster.
• After use, air-dry fully before packing away. This helps reduce odour and keeps the fabric feeling comfortable next time.
